Pilates training has made me stronger and more flexible, increased my endurance, improved my posture, and helped my body shape. The Pilate’s strength and stretching training has significantly reduced pain and stiffness in my lower back and my injured Achilles tendon and has hastened the rehabilitation of my foot and leg. I have only compliments for Mimi. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional.
